International proposals, those include organizers, chairpersons, and speakers are welcomed. Hot and Cutting-edge proposals are most appreciated.
*Since we may need to make some adjustment on your theme or symposia speakers, at this moment, please inform speakers that the schedule, symposia themes, and speaker list have not been finalized yet.
Guidelines of Symposium Proposal
Each regular symposium contains 3-4 speakers who present during 2 hour symposium session. The applications must be sent to Dr. Sukumal Chongthamakun (e-mail: scsct@mahidol.ac.th) before 28 March 2008. Applications should include:
1. Title of Symposium
2. Aim and scope of the symposium (100-200 words)
3. Organizer(s) (Name, Affiliation, Contract address, E-mail address)
4. Speaker (Names, Affiliations, E-mail addresses)
5. Title of each talk
6. Financial support
Final decision of acceptance is made by the Scientific and Program Committee.
IMPORTANT: All proposed speakers must have agreed to speak at the symposium before the proposal form is submitted.
